Disc mowers are used for cutting alfalfa, clover and similar grasses. Disc mowers in all forage cutting machines provide cleanest and most accurate cuts.

While drums on drum mowers rotating and damaging the grass, on disc mowers only the knives hit the grass. Therefore special design of disc mowers don’t let the machine damage the grass. Design of the disc mowers is a product of many years’ experience. This design is also the best for not leaving uncutten grass on the field. Oval discs are located on the fully welded cutterbars. Discs rotate at 3000 rpm and this rotation movement creates an air
flow which lifts up the leaned grass.

Fimaks disc mowers feature floatation skids which protects cutterbar and the knives. All the knives feature the standart easy to change system.

Fimaks disc mowers have 6 different models between 5 to 8 discs. Fimaks also offers conditioner as an option.
